I Am Fully Aware It’s Not Safe Using Flea Treatments On Kittens So Young .
My Questions :

1.) When Bathing Them In Dish Dawn Soap , How Do I Remove All The fleas That Jump To The head Of The Kitten ?.
2.) Best Home Remedies To Successfully De-Flea Kittens ?.

IMO that's too young for bathing.. I'd use a flea comb and tap it over a bowl of soapy water so the fleas drop into it.
Bathing is really a last resort

You can bathe kittens when they are that young, but really only as a last resort as mani said. You need to be extremely careful about keeping them warm and drying them off properly.

Fleas are very serious on kittens since they can't kill some fleas as adult cats can.

You do not want to use natural remedies, especially on kittens. The only natural home flea treatments are essential oils. Some cats are reactive to them. Kittens aren't strong enough to handle them.
