:coldcat: I have 4 little kittens, approximately 4 weeks old, that I have pulled from a feral colony. I was semi-retired from feral rescue because of my family caregiving obligations so am unable to use my lifelong techniques of cuddling, grooming, constant assurance. I feel badly for the mom, too, as I don't think that I can try trapping her until (A) I get approval for funding to have all 4 intact colony queens spayed and (B) all the new litters are old enough to survive a night in the wild without their mother present.
Any suggestions for these kittens as well as any other kitten suddenly separated? I am thinking along the lines of stress support/immune support. What would you feed, etc.

Hi! Kitten glop, KMR, Pedialyte...you're likely familiar that there are recipes on the internet...
I don't know how effective these are but aren't there "toys" that simulate the sound of a beating heart,?
Wow, hang in there!!
