Stray kitten rescued

I rescued stray kitten 2 months ago She had ringworm and her leg was Broken but now she's fine and member of my family here the video of before and after

Quick question on the leg though. Could it have been injured but not broken? I've helped treat other animals in the past. And unless it gets surgery, the only other way to heal a broken bone was to set it.

i just gave her massage and pain killer and for allergy i used antifungal
