A neighborhood stray I had been feeding for a few weeks decided to come into my house when I opened the door.

I isolated her in the bathroom and took her to the vet yesterday.

She's not pregnant. But her abdomen is massive.

She seems to be leaking milk in the bathroom now that she's been on amoxyi and is constantly meowing.

Vet says even if she had recently given birth, the kittens probably didn't survive since they couldn't feed from her.

Anyone have any insight this situation?

If she is leaking milk why couldnt kittens get milk?

Anyways I think she wants and needs your help that is why a semiferale voluntarily comes inside.

Why does the vet think her abdomen is so massive?

Initially, she wasn't.

At the vet, he said he can see some milk come out, but barely.

She has since been on amoxi.

So its as I though, she come to you to get help. Which she is getting.

If she survives the fostering and socialization will become quick, much quicker than otherwise.

Massive inflammation - this is not good.

It sounds like the cat has pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus that can be deadly if not treated aggressively. The infection causes her to look pregnant, but her uterus can rupture.

She needs to be spayed ASAP, and she probably needs a stronger antibiotic.

As for the constant meowing, it is either because she feels unwell, and/or wants companionship with you and out of the bathroom.

Please talk to the vet again about her condition ASAP.
