SPAYED CAT INCISION

My cat was undergo C-Section last April 10 because she can’t deliver her kittens and after surgery she stayed to the vet clinic for 3 days and then when we got home my vet told me to put some betadine on her incision to clean and it looked like that, I can’t clean area because it gets hard to clean those brown-ish. The vet didn’t glued the incision but it is internal stitches. She has 1 kitten alive and 3 deads. I’m worried for my cat anyone can help me about this since my vet is not responding on time.

That is definitely not normal. I'd take her to another vet for a second opinion.
