Spayed cat got out of E-Collar and licked incision

I’m alittle worried… she wasn’t out for more than a minute but… this red spot concerns me.

The picture isn't very clear but it doesn't look like it's opened. Watch for redness, excessive swelling and weeping and of course opening of the would. Can you post a clearer picture.

The gunk that you can see is the glue used to seal the wound. Just keep an eye on it, make sure she doesn't manage to lick it again. Post more photos tomorrow.
