No, although the drainage is clear there shouldn't be any at that stage. I don't like the looks of the spot at the top either. Send that picture to the vet who performed the surgery and ask for a liquid antibiotic. Then put the prescribed amount in a bit of lickable treat, like Delectable Lickables in the stew flavors. Is she eating, drinking, and using the litter box alright? It's good it is clear, so see what your vet says. I myself would put her on an antibiotic.
