Spay scar healing - is this normal?

If there is no discharge, blood, it isn't warm to the touch, foul smelling, etc.. She is acting fine, eating/drinking, using the bathroom, not acting lethargic, not vomiting, she should be fine.
It looks like it is healing ok you could always email the picture to the vet who spayed her and see what they say. Just to be certain. But I think it looks ok
If you want to take her in to be seen by a vet I don't think she needs to go to an emergency vet hospital if there isn't signs of serious issues like mentioned above. So you could set up a visit with the vet who spayed her.. I had my girl spayed at the shelter clinic and had taken her back there 2 times after her spay for complications. Both times I called and they told me to go ahead and bring her in..

In my opinion It doesn't need an emergency vet visit it really does look pretty good
