Snow on Saturday

This is actually a lake that froze over and got covered in snow. There were some barricades warning people to keep away, but the lake is quite big and honestly I couldn't tell where land ended and ice started.

Nice! I do like to see pictures of snow.....as long as I don't have to deal with the stuff. I have a friend who lives in northern MN (Bimidji)....he says that, up there, when the lakes freezes over, they pull fishing shacks out onto the lake, cut holes in the ice and fish. He sent me some pictures of the shacks. It's an interesting place during the winter. And they have to plug their car batteries in when it gets too cold. No thank you....I'll pass.

And speaking of the white stuff, 1-3 more coming tonight into Tuesday morning.
