Small swelling at stomach of my cat

Hi anybody knows what can be cause of swelling at stomach of cat.
I need to know the medication for this because i can not go to vet.

No one here on TCS is a vet and cannot diagnose what the swelling is nor suggest what medicine to use. Medicine may not even treat the swelling. A vet would need to examine the cat and run diagnostics such as an x ray or ultrasound along with blood work to determine the cause of the swelling. You should at least contact your vet and show him / her the picture and ask what is recommended if you can't afford an exam.
