Should I visit the vet again?

Just got a young kitty from the adoption center 3 days ago. She had just been spayed and her site was doing fine (not infectious). I noticed it wasn't looking great today so I brought her into the place where they did her spay at the shelter. They gave her antibiotics and a cone. However, I looked at it again tonight and it also looks like the stiches fell apart (the wound is completely open). Am I assessing this incorrectly? Should I take her to the vet? I have the before and after attached.

Thanks for adopting a new kitty. You would have to find a permanent vet anyway for vaccines, health checks, etc. so why not make an appointment and have the area where she had her spay stitches examined. Best of luck. :crossfingers:
