Rough Spot on Kitten's Leg

Just adopted this 9 week old kitten. She has an appointment to establish with a vet in a couple of weeks.
Today I noticed this rough spot on her hind leg. It doesn't seem to bother her.
Does anyone have an idea of what it might be?
I have checked her for fleas or any other kind of insect.

Is it new since she's come to your home or did she have it when you adopted her. If it's new, I'm wondering if she's reacting to the litter you're using.

PS-I'd love to see the rest of her tortie body!

I have to admit that I really didn't notice it before. And it's only on the one hind leg.

Does it look like a crust from pus or scabby? Have you tried a wet cloth - does it come off? Does it smell?

It is dry, does not look like pus. Doesn't smell. Doesn't seem to bother her at all.
