A little context, my cat pixie got into a scuffle with a mouse and it scratched/bit her nose. The day after I took her to the vet and the vet gave her some antibiotics to help it heal, and I'm just wondering if this is a scab that's going to go away or an infection or something else?

It looks dry and no sign of infection but as she's on antibiotics it should be fine. The scab should dry and fall off when it's ready, there may be a little hair loss where it is but it should grow back.
