Hi there so our female cat looks pregnant but we not sure if she’s 100% pregnant she has the tummy of it but this came out today wondering if anyone can tell me what this is

I would contact a vet. If she isn’t pregnant it could be pyometra which can be deadly if not dealt with right away.

I agree, that is not pregnant, I would say it is a spay incision that is badly infected. She si probably bloated with it. Please get her in, or take those pictures in and get her an antibiotic!
