There is something about Monster Mash that I just like. These aren't necessarily Halloween songs, but they'd fit in well at a Halloween party: Witchcraft by Frank Sinatra (I like this one specifically because it reminds me of one of my favorite fanfictions), Creep by Radiohead (I also like the various versions from the show Lucifer).
