I am breastfeeding and feel ibuprophen is safer then tylenol.  Was really sick and high fever to point I was having trouble walking/caring for baby.  200mg took care of the fever for 8 hours and eased the aches.

It's weird to me that ibuprofen is not safe during pregnancy but it's fine while breastfeeding. I take both but try not to unless really needed while breastfeeding. I took way too much when he was first born after a pretty painful birth.

Advil seem to work the best for me.

I take Tylenol #4 for arthritis. Nothing else helps. Plain Tylenol does nothing for the pain and stuff like Aleve eats up my stomach.
