If your kitties could make New Year's resolutions, what would they say?




Tippy Toes: Play more!

Camelot: More naps on laps.

Liffey: Be a little more social with others other than my hooman mom.

Meadow: Lot's of cuddles underneath cozy blankies ~

Morgana: Finally complete my plans for world domination.

Jasmine: "Oh, good! I finally got that collar off. Now to figure out how to keep her from buying another one."

Samai: I'm going to grow even bigger and gain another 5 lbs or more. Then I will take out the dog.

Diamond - I've got to find a way to destroy more things.

Seal - I need to find a way to be sweeter - as if that were possible!

Lilah - I want to be alone more.

Leo - I need to enforce my domination totally!

Carleton - Please have my dinner ready at the same time every day. Don't you know I like structure?

Fudge: I want to carry on watching TV like you humans. I don't know what's going on but it's addictive. Especially when a fellow feline is showing. Also need to carry on stealing Toffee's food.

Toffee: I need to get out of that cage more and sit on my human's laps for more cuddles. They seem like decent folks.

Speedy - "I hope I'm always just as sweet and have lots of good times in 2018 with my human friend, she calls herself R raysmyheart ".

I have no idea but if I could make resolutions for them...
Laelia - be friendlier to the other cats and less skittish with the humans.
Snickers - eat a decent amount at once instead of just a couple of mouthfuls every half hour.
Cinder - be friendlier with the humans and learn to like being petted and held.
Toothless - eat less to stay trim and cuddle all night instead of occasional mornings right before the alarm goes off.

Casper- lets see if I can be a little MORE annoying, there has to be something other than knocking things off the table when I want to go out and walking on their stomachs when I want them to wake up!

Yammy- lets see if I can perfect my imitation of a Yamaha when I want fed, it seems to be amusing!

Dutch- I think I can knock TWO cats off of a lap when I want that spot, I'm big enough now to lay on two!

Mollie-I'll try to be a little more assertive, I'm just too sweet and let everyone push me out of the way.

I was hoping Ruby would make a New Years resolution to stop her new habit of scratching the sofa. But sadly I caught her in mid-scratch yesterday, so I guess not.

When discussing this question with my husband, he said our cat would vow to move his bed inside the house.
