Yikes, how much tea do you drink? The way I make sweet tea, it has about 2 tsp of sugar per cup of tea. So for me to consume 4 pounds of sugar in tea, I would have to drink. . .6 gallons! OK, I guess I could do that in a month if I remembered to always make more tea instead of procrastinating the way I do, lol. Every little amount adds up, doesn't it?

I think I had water most recently. Today I've had tea, water, and coffee.
Scary, isn't it, how fast the sugar can pile up?  I actually drink about 7-8 gallons a month, so I don't fix it quite as sweet as you do.  And I drink a lot more now that I've dumped the sugar!

I am fortunate in that I actually prefer ice tea with a little lemon and no sugar.  When I first started drinking coffee I would have it with both sugar and milk. I was 18 at the time and I went on a diet which I did a lot at that age.  I  tried black coffee and couldn't do that.  I tried it with just a little milk  and no sugar.  That  is how I still drink my coffee.
