For some strange reason, I slept pretty good last night...must be the nice clean sheets....

or the fresh air when I aired out the apartment all day!

I felt much better Monday and Tuesday...hopefully that will continue...we are expecting a heavy rain in the coming days..and then back down to reality with the temps....

ahhh, fresh clean sheets are so nice!   

   that, along with enjoying fresh air does help me sleep better!
