One of our local coffee places has muffins-to-die-for in several varieties. They're extraordinarily moist, not sweet, and I particularly love the seven fruit and the banana espresso chocolate chip, which in the summer becomes raspberry espresso chocolate chip, when the local berries are wonderful. But I also love lemon poppyseed, and carrot, and....

I love this thread too!

I don't eat a lot of muffins but I really enjoy them. My favourites would have to be chocolate chip (double or triple), blueberry and spiced apple.


I make killer white choc, milk choc and berry muffins
