My 6 month old kitty has thrown up 4 days in a row, hardly wants to eat anything (tried wet, dry, plain boiled chicken, eggs), & didn't poop for a couple days.
Took her to an emergency vet hospital & they did Xrays & no obstruction, her vitals were normal, & her blood work is normal. They gave her fluids & something for nausea. They said she looks like she has a little gas.
I'm relieved she doesn't have anything stuck in her & doesn't need surgery. I just feel I got no conclusive answers though. How do I prompt my little girl to try to eat something? The hospital said to try plain chicken baby food, so I'm going to try that today.
Anyone have experience with something similar? Wondering if I should ask a regular vet about her having possible food allergies or IBS or IBD if it seems ongoing?
