Looks like the collection site locator is not available at the moment. Police stations and pharmacies are typical sites where you can drop off prescription medicine. Many police stations have a 24/7 drop off year round anyways. No questions asked.
Only prescription medicines. No OTC medicines, herbal supplements, inhalers, medical devices, definitely no sharps, and probably other things excluded.

Again, US residents only. You can request special bags or a mail back package to put your unwanted prescription medicines in and mail back or find a collection site. There's also a list of other web sites to with info on other products one could buy and use to dispose of medicines at home, such as a special collection bottle you put all the medicine into, add water, shake, and simply throw away.
