Patience - you need to lower your stress levels because she is picking up on that. Sending good, calm thoughts to both of you!

That is so true!
Cats seem to pick up your stress when you're out there trying to trap them, even if you are meters away. I noticed that when I do trappings. If I'm stressed, anxious or nervous about things not going the right way, it seems cats do feel me and stay even further away from the trap.
