Pimple?

Does anyone know what this could be? It’s almost like a pimple… the yellow spot was where it was dried and exposed to the air, the white part was still in his body. He’s a ragdoll cat about 13 years old. This is the second time I’ve found one of these poking out on his tummy while petting him and haven’t been able to find any answers online that indicate what it could be. My mom thinks it looks like larva from the picture but it’s definitely not a bug… seems like a clogged pore or something?

It looks like a cutaneous horn. I’ve only ever seen them on cats paws, but I know dogs can get them anywhere on their body, not sure if it’s the same for cats
