Hey guys. I know another post! Crazy right! So before I took Arya back I got another kitten for Dewey to play with. She's around four months old. I'm concerned because sometimes she will kneed and suckle on really soft things like she's nursing. Is this normal? Do I need to do something for her?

Yeah it's normal; some cats do it a lot, some don't. My old cat would do that so often that he'd soak anything under him with drool.

She does that too. Her favorite blanket usually has wet spots all over it.

Aww. Some often see said behaviors in cats that were taken from mom too soon or who had traumatic kittenhoods (like the cat I mentioned; he was taken at 6 weeks from a hoarder-breeder) but it's also been seen in cats who never had said experiences so I think it's just a weird habit they have; like a kid sucking their thumb.
