penis is coming out after neuter

Hello! I just got my cat of 9 months neutered less than 48 hours ago. He has been doing extremely well, just a little tired here and there but overall he has been doing great and is able to urinate well and just defecated today. What has me extremely concerned is that his penis has been popping out a lot since he got neutered, I even saw it squirting out some type of liquid, and it has me worried because he really wants to lick it so bad to the point I feel like he’s getting frustrated. He has urinated a few times since his surgery and I’ve inspected the pee just to make sure it doesn’t have anything weird but I am concerned that it can be anything bad. I will attach photos of what I saw.

I know you are really upset, and to, this does not seem normal. I really urge you to contact the Vet. If not go to an ER vet..

Yes, I think this is very strange.

Hopefully others can come on with suggestions..

Call the vet please. I know in dogs this can be urgent if the penis stays out too long.
They can give you instructions how to deal with it, or if they need to see him.
