I am not sure. There are several tumors that can affect cat's feet, some cancerous, others not. And there may be other conditions that would cause this, as well. Please have this seen by a vet as soon as possible! They are the only ones who can give you a definitive answer, and just in case it should be malignant, the sooner it is taken care of the better!

It looks to me like what is called a Cutaneous Horn. Due to the position of it, I'm guessing it causes issues when he walks around? I'd get it checked out, and possibly excised. Some folks say they can simply be cut off, like their claws, since they are comprised of keratin, but I wouldn't take a chance of doing it myself :eek2:. I'd be afraid it might hurt.
