Pancake Day?

I have heard of this, but I forgot about it until seeing this post.

I love me some pancakes...lol.

Yep, Pancake Tuesday. We always had Pancakes and Sausages for supper when I was growing up. Don't bother now since DH would rather have his greens than pancakes for supper.

Remember my post about making the doughnuts with my MIL? Around here, Fat Tuesday is Doughnut Day. A lot of churches take orders for doughnuts and then deliver them that Tuesday. Maybe it's a Pennsylvania Dutch thing in my area. But that's why my MIL and I make doughnuts around this time....because of Fat Tuesday.
