I have a cat that will not eat out of the bowl. I have tried different bowls but he won't buge. He used to eat out of the bowl but has decided he doesn't like it anymore. He's about 3 and was feral but I socialized him and brought him inside. He has adjusted great and is a wonderful cat but about 6 months ago decided he only wanted his food on the floor. How can I get him interested in a bowl again?

Maybe you could try to use a 1/4 inch low lipped plate rather than a bowl.
Some cats don’t like bowls as the sides of bowls gives them whiskers stress.

I'm trying a paper plate. The crazy thing is he did just fine for quite a while. I don't necessarily mind if he eats off the floor lol but the floor gets a bit gross when all 5 slobber all over the floor its funny because he's gone from being feral to a princess love him tho he has turned out to be a wonderful part of the clan.
Ah, then let him be else he’ll not eat. He’s the boss!

Lol well, I'm the Alpha around here. I've gotten him to eat off the plate so we shall see how he does. Thanks for the ideas. 
I have 4 others( 3 are 14 and 1 is a year) who also like the plate too. Well, they eat out of anything lol.
