Oat or Wheat Straw

I'm in desperate need of straw replacement. My ferals won't use the shelters with the straw because it still has intruder smell. Is there a difference between the two? I need to order some today because as usual our weatherman lied and now we get truth of below zero weather moving in. This is a desperate situation. Thanks.

I think they're both fine as long as it's STRAW and not grass/hay. They basically grow the same way and both will have hollow straws, which is what holds the heat in.

Ok so I did post this in the wrong forum. Leave it to me lol Anyway feral society is dropping off 2 shelters as well as extra straw for emergency use. I have til Saturday morning to get Tourmaline used to the shelter and keep Treasure away (yea right lol)
