So I bought some nutritional yeast flakes for my kitty & he loves it! Now my question is about how many teaspoons can he safely eat per week? I think if it was up to him, he would eat a pinchfull with every meal! I’m thinking a pinchful 2-3 times a week? I ask because of it’s high b vitamin levels, (I was looking for a lactose free cheese flavor treat for him, for his birthday cake, when I read that you can give cats nutritional yeast.)
