Hiya. I'm DataAngel, from Baltimore, Maryland. I have never not had a cat in my life. My parents had cats before I was born, and the story is that if I'd turned out to be allergic to the cats they would have given me away (because the cats were there first). I like to think my parents were kidding.
Right now I share my home with two adult cats and a dog. After rescuing a litter of kittens that were born in my basement window well, I've decided to get a third -- I'm keeping one of the litter. Maybe two of them. But not all of them!
So there's Rita, who's about 8. She was a rescue and we had no solid idea of how old she was. The vet figured she was about four. She's on prozac because she's still not quite recovered from living on the streets for so long.
Cardiff -- the dog -- a 7 year old Welsh Terrier
Luke - 1 year old cat. He was given to us by a neighbor when he (the cat) was about 7 weeks old. Too young to be away from his mom, really, but he's turned into a spectacular guy.
And Charlotte, who's just 8 weeks old.
Charlotte has two brothers who need homes. Or maybe only one brother does.
