New Kittens Playing And Fighting?

This is the second day my 7 month old kitten and 3 month old kitten are meeting. They are chasing each other around and showing each other their bellies, which is a good sign. But if one gets too close or follows to fast they growl and hiss at each other, with some minor swatting. I dont know if it is still playing/ normal or if it is too aggressive. Thank you for the help!!

It's probably "mock fighting". The last paragraph in the below article mentions the body language to watch for to determine if they are "mock" or real battles.
