Our little foster ZZ is black and white. Seems simple, yes?

But he has a lot of small white hairs on his head and shoulders. It almost looks like fevercoat. I'd take a picture of it (in fact, I have), but it doesn't show up in photos very well. Any ideas what might be going on?

I've no idea, but I'd love to see new pics of the little cutie, even if the white hairs don't show up!

Jamie has that - some white hairs mixed in with the black on his head and back. They started showing up when he was a few months old, and the older he gets, the more he has. He's 12 now, so now it seems like the equivalent of humans going gray.

Awww!!! Misa is not black and white but she has this big white dot on her back. It's pretty cool because she is a brown and white taby cat and I have never seen that on such a cat before.( Well a tabby anyway) lol

My black cats have a random white hairs as well on them. Hoshi has some around his neck, and Nero has some on his sides.

This isn't just random hairs. It's a LOT of white, but mostly hidden under the black.
