I saw these chairs at TJ Maxx- liked the looks of it and felt they were cat proof - vinyl/plastic material and they really can't jump on them.

What do you guys think? They came in blue too but since I have a lot of red, I felt red was best.

My old chairs, not even 2 years old got destroyed by cat claws. Mainly accidental due to them jumping on them.

it is pretty comfy actually! I was surprised at how comfy it was. it's not a nap-taking chair but it does its job.

They're growing on me.. I am liking them more each time I look at them.

I saw the blue ones at my Home Goods. :lol3: They certain go with your room, but I also question the comfort level. I can't picture myself sitting in them for a long time.

Do they support your back? You've bought then already right? How do the kitties react to them. Loses their feet between the thingys on the seats? They're very pretty.

I did buy them. I sat in them while watching a movie.. pretty comfy actually! especially putting a pillow under the head for more support.

The cats sniffed, but I don't think they tried to jump on it yet. if they did, they would fall through the straps. The whole reason why I got these chairs especially.. they seem to be cat proof. Unless they chew on it, they can't destroy it.. and thankfully my cats are not chewers!

I don't know that I could sit in them for a long time. You'd probably have to help me back up!
