Neuter Incision Healing Properly?

Hey there! I’m a new cat owner and my cat, Arthur, was just neutered 9 days ago. He is roughly 5 months old (we rescued him so that’s just the vet’s estimate). I’ve done all of the monitoring you’re supposed to do and checking the incision every day. He is still playful, has an appetite, etc. But when I checked today I was a little concerned about his incision sites. I’ve attached some pictures here to get some insight some experienced cat owners who have neutered cats before. Are these just scabs? They aren’t bleeding or weeping.
