We do have a lovely 6 month old blue tabby female kitten who has been looking for a home for quite some time now.
We suspect she experienced a brain lesion at roughly 8 weeks of age, likely due to toxoplasmosis. She has recovered well and does not need any medication. She was treated by our excellent local vets but has not been seen by a neurologist. However, her balance is not quite right; her vision is limited; she experiences anxiety at times; and her ability to jump up and down is limited.
Quinley, aka Bebop, needs a home with at least one other friendly cat. She loves other kitties and gets anxious alone. She likes to be held but needs to be supported properly as when she does not have all four feet on the ground, she experiences mild to moderate vertigo. She is exceptionally sweet and friendly and enjoys being sung to. She has been raised around dogs but would not do well with a canine with high prey drive as her movements are sometimes erratic. While she has learned to navigate the open staircase in her foster home, she may do better in a situation without open staircases for fear of falling and injuring herself.

Bebop is spayed, UTD on shots including rabies, treated with Revolution monthly, and has tested FeLV negative. Her adoption fee is negotiable to the right home. She is located in Northern Central Indiana (South Bend area).
