Hi, so I am looking for info on any programs for tnr around jamesport Missouri USA. There's an elderly woman with beginning stages of dementia and she's caring for several cats that desperately need tnr. I am willing to do what I can to help her however I need to find some help. She's a co-workers mom and she's apparently caring for around 15+ cats that might be anywhere from feral to tame and needs them to be fixed soaybw the population will dwindle down or at least not increase. Does anyone have any info on anywhere close? I'm in Kansas City so I've been reaching out to places here and no luck yet. Any help would be appreciated thanks
