My son (he's older than he looks LOL) with Keno using him as a tree

Ooh. He's got sharp claws

After all that climbing, time for a nap. What is it about cats that they just love clean washing

Nope. Every time Keno sees my son, he comes running - straight up Ian's leg

I think I've lost my kitten. He's decided to make my son his willing slave

I love the last picture. What is so great about those black cats, they are so black they can hide, even in the wide open. If they shut their eyes, you can never find them.

It's great to see Keno settling in, and kudos to your son for being such a good sport. Keno is a doll.

P.S. One reason cats like clean clothing is so that they can mark their scent on it.

And get their fur all over it too

Missed a really good pic tonight. Keno sitting on my husband's shoulder. Unfortunately he moved before I could grab the camera.

Remarked to my son that in just over a week there is a big difference in Keno.

He has grown and his fur is getting really shiny. He is going to be one handsome cat when he's grown up. He's also very energetic and lively now. Just over a week ago he was lethargic. What a difference getting rid of the fleas and worms has made, not to mention he gets good, regular meals now which he didn't get before.

He reminds me a lot on my late Spook - also a black cat. He even sleeps the same way as Spook did - on his back. Some of the things Keno does is so like Spook it's uncanny.
