My kitten will not grow or gain weight

My cat got pregnant somehow as she is an indoor cat and never been outside. She only had one kitten and she is 7 weeks old as of today. She looks like a three-week-old and kind of boney. She eats good at least 5 times a day (she will tell you when she is hungry very loudly). The vet says other than a very mild eye issue she will grow on her own time, but I am really worried.

Is she eating wet cat food yet, or just mom’s milk, or both?

Has she cut her baby teeth? Is she litter trained?

Can you post a picture of the kitten?

Do you plan to spay mom now?
