I'm going to set my PVR to tape it!!! I can't wait! I hope she does super well!!!

It just dawned on me.
The show is not taped live as it airs, so is she taping the show on Monday for airing at a future date or is this going to be the actual show she taped already? If it's the actual show she's already taped, then she already knows the outcome. I bet if she did well, she's bursting to tell people!!!

That's right. I think she only got to keep $2,000.00 for a second win. I believe the contestant who comes in third gets $1,000.00.

I had heard Alex Trebek (did I spell his last name right? It would be a shame if a messed up a fellow cat lovers name!) explaining about that the other night. He said that the reason everyone doesn't get to keep their final totals is to keep the wagering interesting. I figure that's because if someone has a nice second place total, they might just decide to keep what they have and not wager at all?
That makes perfect sense! And I bet that is exactly what would happen.
