at the photo you can see how many hair i groomed just from my cat's tail,his tail even looked smaller after i groomed. should i groom my cat this much? it still kept coming(the hair) but i was tired grooming wtf

How often do you groom your cat? Is he otherwise healthy? I would groom two or three times a week to prevent matting depending on circumstances i.e. on how much he tends to get matted.
What were you using, a regular brush or comb, or one like a furminator? The Furminator will keep removing hair until the cat is bald, it is designed to thin a coat, while removing dead hair. a regular slicker brush, etc., will only take out the dead hair and will stop getting hair eventually. It could depend on how long it has been since your cat was groomed, but that seems like a LOT of hair just from the tail!
