My sister who is a vet is out of town and I don’t know what to cover it with and it’s open and I can see a little blood from the wound I don’t know what to do at the moment.

He isn’t wearing a cone and I didn’t let him access the wound, I’ll get him to a vet right now

Is this a male cat? Was he neutered or is this another type of surgery?
If this is a neuter, there aren’t any sutures
