My cat is vomiting, and she's pooping while she's vomiting. What do I do?

So, it's 7:40 A.M. on a Wednesday and today I woke up to my cat (in my profile picture) puking like crazy. She puked at my door, she puked at my eldest brother's door, and she puked at my mother's door. At first, I suspected it was just a symptom of declawing, but I now fear it's much worse. She'll appear to be healthy (she eats regularly, she drinks regularly), but the next minute she'll be vomiting like crazy. I love my cat and I hope she isn't in pain while this happens. What do I do?

You need to take her to a vet immediately. Uncontrollable vomiting can lead to dehydration and other issues. The sooner you get it under control, the better for her health. At minimum, your vet can treat for dehydration and give anti nausea until it passes.
