It’s a shame the kittens did not stay with mom for 12 weeks. It will take about 2 weeks for mom’s milk to dry up. Holding a damp, warm compress on her mammaries will give her relief. A vet can give you something to dry them up also. If her mammaries get hard and red she may have mastitis. If this happens she will need an antibiotic. Can you borrow a couple of her kittens back for 3-4 more weeks? Their suckling would help her as well.
