Actually you want to hear a better trick to stop the burning of spicy food?   lol don't eat it 

 

I can't handle spicy at all, so i avoid it at all cost, but i love the taste of hot sauce, without the hot,

so that would be mild i guess lol

I am that way about the flavor.  I do like the flavors of a lot of the spicy foods especially the smoky spicy food from the American Southwest.  So often, at least for me, it is so hot that all I get is the heat and none of the flavor that I do like.
