Yes her milk drop but all but 2 are hard under the niple like rocks

Has she had kittens yet? Are they able to suckle? Cats sometimes get a condition called mastitis. Could that be the problem here?

Yes she had one kitten and that's it she still looks pregnant. The kitten is healthy and does not cry it suckle at one nipple the one that is soft, so I don't know. The rest of her nipples are hard underneath the nipples them self looks fine pink i will get a picture in a little while she is in my moms room and she is asleep she gave birth to the one kitten Thursday about 3pm

It's not unusual for cats to have kittens a day or two apart. Can you still see kittens moving inside her? Does she seem distressed at all?

It sounds like the kitten is getting milk and doing well. If she has more kittens, they will come when her body is ready to have them, which should be soon. Her milk should then fully come in, especially once all kittens are nursing.

If she seems in distress in the meantime, get her to a vet. Take any kittens with her if you do need to see a vet. Also pick up a can of powdered PetAg kitten formula from Walmart and a needle-less syringe from a pharmacy in case you need to supplement any kittens.

The swelling has gone down some, she is not in distress at all. The kitten is fine. And her belly is not sensitive at all we can rub her belly
