Pretty hard to tell as the fur are in in the way. Looks like a gal but anyway, here's a picture guide to determine a cat's sex.

A boy will have a round senile opening and is further away from the anus and a gal will have a slit opening for the virgina and is nearer to the anus.

I'll say girl as well, but tentatively. The long hair makes it a bit difficult to see the details.

Edit :- It's penile opening and not senile opening. I think I'm getting senile.........................
