They told me around 5-7 weeks. But they also told me it was a Male. I've been bottle feeding & introducing to soft food. She's happy & healthy!

Only way to be sure is confirm from a vet, though.
But she is too young. Where is the mommy?

Assuming something happened to her mother and you have been raising her, you should be able to get her on to canned kitten food watered down, warmed up too. And have dry available so she can snack when she is ready to.
