My 2 yr old cat has been sick for the last few week.

Liver number is 1035.

She is at vet now getting ultrasound.

Am I wrong to hold out hope?
Be up front with me.

I don't recall what Poppycat's numbers were the immediate days after he stopped eating a couple years ago but they were pretty bad, and his pancreas and gall bladder were also bad.
It was touch and go for a while.

However, both positively and otherwise, every cat is different. Hang in there, don't lose hope, and see what the vet advises 🙏❣

I am assuming you are talking about the ALT. I had a cat go into fatty liver and his ALT went up to over 3000 before it started coming down. He came through it and lived another 7 years to the ripe old age of 15. Has your cat been eating less lately?
